- Portfolio & preferences — only if you create an account, to personalise your experience
We do not collect payment card data. We do not sell your data. Ever.

Alpha Finans operates servers in EU, AP, and US regions. If you are in the EU, your data may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions). Turkish users' data is processed in compliance with KVKK localization requirements.

Alpha Finans provides an AI-guided investing workflow platform including market data, portfolio tracking, technical indicators, smart alarms, and educational content. The platform is designed for informational purposes and general investment education.

The information provided — including technical indicators, market data, AI analysis, and alerts — is for informational and educational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.

4. User Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must provide accurate registration information
- One account per person — creating multiple accounts is prohibited
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

All content on the Alpha Finans platform — including design, code, algorithms, indicators, educational content, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Alpha Finans Data and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHA FINANS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING INVESTMENT LOSSES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
8. Service Availability
We aim for 99.99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or technical issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey for Turkish users, and applicable EU law for EU users. For other regions, the laws of Turkey apply unless superseded by mandatory local consumer protection laws. Disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation.
